For the activities described in this Privacy Notice, Sensewaves generally acts as a data controller.
When Sensewaves processes operational or service data through Adaptix.Grid or related services on behalf of an enterprise customer, Sensewaves generally acts as a data processor or sub-processor. In that context, the relevant customer determines the purposes and means of the processing, and the processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement, and documented instructions.

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

- Business contact information, such as your professional email address, phone number, company name and job title.
